Wine and food are at the heart of any visit to Dobbin Estate, and we are pleased to offer a variety of experiences that will enhance your introduction to our project.

We invite you to join our expert winemaking team in our Tower for a Private or a communal Long Table Tasting. You will enjoy a stunning view of all three vineyards while learning firsthand what elements of terroir, viticulture and winemaking converge to create the complex flavours and aromas you’ll find in each of our wines. The wine selection is presented with specially crafted pairings that our chef has created exclusively for our wines. Be prepared to discover a whole new level of synergy between wine and food.

Alternately you may opt for the relaxed setting of our patio, where you can enjoy a more intimate and casual tasting with a shareable platter created by our chef to enhance our wines, all the while surrounded by the vineyard’s natural ambience.

Dobbin is excited to announce for this year’s i4C a special, Chardonnay focused, Tower Tasting July 20th & 21st. See details for booking below.
